Return Policy

At Apex Fit, we are committed to a premium shopping experience. This return policy sets out your legal rights and our procedures in accordance with the consumer protection regulations in force in the UK and the EU.
1. Legal right of withdrawal (UK / EU / EEA)
If you purchased your product online, you have the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days by email at info@apexfitmen.com, stating your full name, order number and your intention to return the product. Once your request is confirmed, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective or where an error is attributable to us.
2. Return eligibility conditions
⚠️ Important notice — Hygiene (intimate apparel worn against the skin)
Apex Fit garments are compression tops worn directly against the skin, as an undergarment. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, and in accordance with the hygiene exemption under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, any garment that has been worn, washed, or had its hygiene seal removed cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded — for any reason — except where the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in perfect, resaleable condition;
- With all original tags still attached;
- With its hygiene seal / protective packaging intact and unbroken;
- In its original packaging, with any accessories.
Each Apex Fit garment is supplied in a sealed hygiene bag marked "Returns cannot be accepted once this seal is removed." Removing this seal confirms acceptance and waives the right of return for that item (faulty goods excepted).
You must include clear photographs in your initial email confirming the condition of the product, along with your order number and full name clearly shown inside the parcel. Failure to meet these criteria will result in the return request being rejected.
3. Return address
All returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after your request has been approved. Please ensure your name and order number are clearly shown inside the parcel. Returns sent without identification may be refused or delayed.
4. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is faulty or does not match your order, notify us at info@apexfitmen.com with your full name and order number, clear photographs of the issue, and your preference: full refund or express replacement. The hygiene restriction above does not apply to genuinely faulty goods — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If your request is approved, return shipping will be covered and we will process your case as quickly as possible.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a fault or error on our part.
6. Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged: any garment that has been worn, washed, or had its hygiene seal removed (for hygiene reasons); clearance or final-sale items (except where faulty); and items returned after the 14-day window with no fault identified.
7. Legal guarantees
Your purchase is protected by the following legal guarantees depending on your country of residence: the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for UK consumers (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described), and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for EU/EEA consumers (Directive (EU) 2019/771).
