At Velour Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting a request.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds exclusively in the following cases: you return the product within 14 days of receiving it, and the product is in perfect condition — unused, unopened, in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
Once the return is validated and the product inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note: return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for more information.
2. Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order (wrong item, color, or contents), please notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or express replacement, contact us at contact.velourparis@gmail.com with your full name and order number, clear photos of the product showing the issue (mandatory), and your preference: full refund or free express replacement.
Requests submitted without photos cannot be processed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund: clearance or final sale items (unless defective), personalized, opened, or used products.
